Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages into thick slices.
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash them, slice them thickly, and spread them in a single layer in a baking dish.
  3. Add the garlic, onion, salt, pepper, olive oil, orange juice, mustard, oregano, and thyme, and mix everything well.
  4. Finally, pour the beer over the mixture.
  5. Bake the potatoes on a gas barbecue at medium heat with the lid closed for 40 minutes, checking occasionally and adjusting the heat as needed.
  6. Then open the lid, stir the softened potatoes, and nestle the sausage pieces among them.
  7. Slice the lemon and tuck the slices between the potatoes and sausages.
  8. Close the lid again and continue baking for about 20 minutes, until the dish absorbs all the liquid and is left with just the oil.
  9. Alternatively, you can bake the potatoes in a conventional oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes. Once softened, add the sausages and continue baking for another 20 minutes.

Tips
