Whisk together until combined. Butter a small baking pan. Dampen and crumple a piece of parchment paper, then open it out and line the pan with it. If desired, scatter a few pieces of chocolate on top. Use whatever chocolate you have on hand. Pour in the mixture and bake in a preheated fan oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes.
