Add the apples, butter, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, walnuts, lemon zest, and brandy. Mix well with a spoon. Lay the puff pastry sheet on the counter and spread half of the filling lengthwise. Brush the edges with butter and fold them inward, sealing to form a long envelope. Repeat the same process with the second strudel. Place the rolls on a buttered baking pan with the seam facing down. Score the surface of each roll with 3 diagonal cuts using a sharp knife. Brush the surface with a little melted butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) with the fan on, on the middle rack, for about 40 minutes, until golden and puffed. Let them cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
