Summer pasta with feta, cherry tomatoes and olives

  1. Boil the fusilli in salted water and drain.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a wide sauté pan. Sauté the onion until translucent, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Add the pepper and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Next, add the feta, the cherry tomatoes, the olives, the basil and the capers.
  5. Remove the sauce from the heat. Stir so the feta melts from the heat of the pan.
  6. Add the fusilli and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  7. Stir very well and adjust the salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot right away, or cold as a salad.
