Ingredients 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter 2 clov. garlic, crushed 2 anchovy fillets in oil 300 gr cherry tomatoes 150 gr grated tomato Salt Pepper 250 gr paccheri (large tube pasta) A few fresh basil leaves Grated pecorino TAGS PASTA PASTA 30-MINUTE MEALS MAIN COURSES Ingredients 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter 2 clov. garlic, crushed 2 anchovy fillets in oil 300 gr cherry tomatoes 150 gr grated tomato Salt Pepper 250 gr paccheri (large tube pasta) A few fresh basil leaves Grated pecorino Instructions Heat the olive oil with the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic, the cherry tomatoes, and the anchovies, pressing the anchovies with a fork until they melt. Add the grated tomato and stir regularly until the sauce becomes rich and glossy, about 6-7 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the paccheri in plenty of salted water for 1-2 minutes less than the time recommended on the package. Drop them straight into the pan with the sauce. Add the basil and a little of the pasta cooking water and stir so the pasta becomes glazed. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and remove from the heat.
